The storm occurring in the Bay of Bengal has arrived as a very strong cyclonic storm. Although the first section did not enter the Irrawaddy Delta region as expected, it was confirmed that it would cross near the town of Sittwe in Rakhine State. Some of the residents of towns near Sittwe have been evacuated, but others have not moved. The Rakhine coastal region is familiar with storms, so some are not afraid. The military council did nothing to prepare for the storm. The storm will move in tonight or tomorrow morning. I have yet to say what will happen.
