Before the military council dissolved the NLD party, they tried to persuade Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, who was in prison. They permitted even Daw Sanda Min, a former member of NLD party whom they convined, to meet Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. Daw Sanda Min was a former legislator who became a public nuisance because she biased the military council without supporting the public. She met Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and tried to persuade the NLD back in the election. That was why their fake election to gain international legitimacy or not. But Daw Aung San Suu Kyi refused to meet her in person. This was Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s attitude towards the revolution that the people were fighting. She stood always with the people.
