Due to the non-stop rain since three o’clock in the morning, when I went to the office, the entire city of Yangon was flooded. Water entered the houses of many neighborhoods and some major roads were completely flooded. It was time to go to the market, so it was difficult to get around.
It’s been a long time since there was such a flood in Yangon. Since the time of the A May Su government, the drainage canals have been carefully repaired, so the people of the city have been spared from the disaster.
This year’s rainy season has been very good in raining. Cities such as Tachi Lake, Myawati, and Pyin U Lwin have been destroyed by falling water.
