Due to the rampant insurgency in the area around China’s Wangpao copper project, local defense groups have launched counterattacks. The local PDFs attacked with weapons, and the local PDF groups blew up the main power line that runs to the Wangpaw copper project in Leppan Taung.
Now the Chinese company does not want to be involved in the regional crisis. It is said that the attacks affected the project. Villages near the project were killed, captured, destroyed, and burned down by the military council.
