RFA reported that on May 10, the rebels killed a total of 28 people from Mon Taingbin Village in Sagaing Region and burned the bodies along with their houses. In the courtyard of a monastery, about 30 adult civilians were forced to sit in three rows with their hands tied behind their backs, blindfolded with cloths, and shot from behind with their hands tied behind their backs.
