In Thanlyin Township, south of Rangoon, the Military Council has issued a ban on motorcycles. The order was issued out of fear after a series of attacks on military councils in these towns nearby Thanlyin.
Thanlyin is a small town in Yangon Division. It is legal to ride a motorcycle. Residents are suffering because of these unjust orders. Employees of Thilawa Industrial Zone have to rely on motorcycles. Nowadays, all the motorbikes on the road, whether they have a license or not, are being seized. The military council is harassing the people in various ways.
