The US-ASEAN Summit is underway in Washington. The military council representative was not present as usual. The United States has invited NUG Foreign Minister Daw Zin Mar Aung. She will not be allowed to attend the summit, but she will be able to meet with other heads of state. It’s ok if the United States did not invite her to the event, but they did. It is believed that the NUG was recognized to some extent.
