Britain announces sanctions on six army officers, including Commander-in-Chief

Britain has announced the imposition of sanctions on six senior military officials, including the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

The British Foreign Secretary has announced that six senior military officers, including Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, have been added to the list of those who have committed grave human rights abuses since the Burmese military coup.
