I made an appointment with my office colleagues and come to protest today. A total of 8 people contribute to our group. The venue was the Hledan to sit-in. For 22 days, protests in front of prominent embassies such as the US and the United Nations have been suspended in Yangon.

The embassies were closed and the police provided security. Protesters were able to take up positions from a distance. This situation was not very good in the long term. Embassies can no longer hear the true voice of the people. It has become difficult to send open letters. Even today, in front of Embassy of Japan, there are security issues with Gen Z waiting to deliver a letter to the ambassador. Security forces are not stationed near the embassy as before. Hledan is cool. It was not as crowded as before, but at about 11 o’clock, a multi-ethnic strike broke out. What they did for a while in Hledan turned into a sea of people.

That’s what I want. To keep the movement going, the protesters should hold roadside talks frequently. Myint Thu, a representative appointed by the Myanmar military at the UN, has resigned. It can be said that he was wise. Hypocritical power in the military council was still crazy. It is reported that Dr. Sasa from CPRH will attend the closed-door UN meeting on the 26th on behalf of Myint Thu. If Dr. Sasa is recognized by the UN, it will be a significant move for us.
