More than a month after the battle in Ukrit, there is still no peace in the area, and fighting continues on a daily basis. Although they did not get the camp, the military council is trying to get that route back because the KNU controls Myawati Walley Road, where the Ukrit Military Council camp is located. Almost every day, the army marches in large numbers. The KNU side was stationed at the three-story turn on that road and resisted fiercely. In July, it is known that more than two hundred rebels were killed in the fighting in that area. Therefore, these days, the military side has changed its strategy and is preparing to fight both sides.
The army side was able to attack with massive amounts of manpower and weapons as if the soldiers at the bottom wanted to die, but when the fighting lasted for more than a month, the revolutionary forces had limited manpower and weapons. The military side will try hard to control the area, so I think it will not be easy for the KNU side to control it over time.
