A joint KNU force stormed a military base in Kayah State, and captured six insurgents, some of whom fled to Thailand. Significantly, the army did not provide any infantry on the ground. The infantry did not arrive at all near Myawaddy. If the military had helped, all the troops would have been wiped out on the road. Knowing this, I think the military will not help.
Following this pattern, other military bases in Karen State are also bleeding. It looks like a sack that encloses with a drawstring. We want all KNU camps to be attacked at the same time. It would be better if we could do that nationwide.
