The ICJ has accepted a representative of the military council in the Gambia case against Burma. NUG presented UN Ambassador Kyaw Moe Tun as a representative, but the ICJ refused. However, the military council will be held accountable. It will take at least two more years for the International Court of Justice to investigate.
