It has decided not to invite militant leader Min Aung Hlaing at the ASEAN-China Summit. China is still trying to make room for the military leader. But ASEAN countries do not accept it. Especially Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. It seems that they have decided not to allow the military leader to attend any of the ASEAN meetings without implementing the five agreements. That is what happened last week when a Chinese envoy arrived in Burma, but his visit failed.
