In Mandalay, the military council forces are committing acts of violence. People walking on the streets of Mandalay are asked money to give by military council soldiers. If civilians can’t give, they beat the people, robbed the people and torture. A friend of mine was also riding a motorcycle when they stopped and asked him to open the back cover.
