Fighting continues in the whole country. More than 20 Burmese soldiers have been killed in clashes between local gunmen and rebels in Yinmarpin District, Sagaing Division. In Nyaung Lay Pin, Bago Division, PDFs were thrown into the police station. Yesterday, the Bago PDF issued a statement saying it was revenge for the Mandalay incident. The KIA also stormed a joint police patrol near the Bala Min Htin Bridge in Myitkyina. Elsewhere, revolt erupted.
