The KNU issued a statement today stating that it would strictly abide by the Commander-in-Chief’s NCA. The KNU is one of the largest armed groups in Burma. It would not be good for the people to think that it will not continue to oppose the military council.
On the mainland, PDF groups are still performing. Despite the explosions, the military council is still being cleared. Today, a famous informer (Dalan) governor and two policemen were shot dead in Mandalay.
