In Monywa, Sagaing Region, a woman driving a car was shot four times and her car was stolen this morning. The suspects are being sought by the Monywa Township Public Security Bureau.
The three cities where the crimes took place were Yangon, Myanmar’s commercial capital, and Mandalay, Myanmar’s second capital. Both cities are controlled by the military council. Monywa, the capital of Sagaing Region, is controlled by both the revolutionary forces and the military council. In Mandalay, this time, the city center was robbed three times in eight days.
