Dr. Nay Soe Maung, son-in-law of former dictator U Than Shwe, has been arrested by the military council. Dr. Nay Soe Maung recently attended the funeral of former Mandalay Region Chief Minister Daw Ta Zaw Myint Maung and wrote on social media about the efforts made by Dr. Zaw Myint Maung to make Mandalay a Smart City and how he respected and respected the people for making it happy. The military council arrested him for inciting social media to disrupt the country’s peace and stability.
