Not long after the capture of Mokot town, the revolutionary groups were able to capture Momeit town in North Shan and Kachin again. By conquering that city, the revolutionary forces will be able to travel to North Shan and Kachin State without any obstacles. In Kachin State, the KIA’s offensive has stopped for a while due to the flood. Fighting continues in Lashio. MNDAA forces have seized Lashio Airport and even penetrated into the Northeast Regional Command. I think Lashio will be fully occupied before long.
