The Chin Nyinaung group started the battle to capture Mutupi City on June 9, and three weeks later, they were able to capture the entire city. While Chin Nyinaung was waging the battle to take over the city of Mutupi, there was a battle with the army of the Chin State Council for about a week, so the operation to capture the city of Mutupi was delayed.
The military council that abandoned Mutupi City is reinforcing the nearby Min Tat city with helicopters. It is known that they have brought down 7 military helicopters and increased the strength of about 150 soldiers and also delivered food and ammunition. The Chin Ninaung group has informed that they will attack all the military council troops remaining in Chin State.
