In the past, such military convoys were used to support Kachin, It is found in Chin and Sagaing, but this is the first time in Kareni State. It would be difficult to stop a small state with such convoys and forces.
In Karenni State, since about 12 months of 2022, we have not been able to send food to the remote towns of Loikaw until today. The army is trying hard to send food to their far away camps. As revolutionary forces, they are fighting the best. It shows that it can fight back. The main challenge for the revolutionary forces to counterattack through defense is the need for ammunition. If you can fill enough ammunition, you will be able to control the territory and capture the military council camps.
