The military council prepared to celebrate 2023 Thingyan Festival. Since the coup d’état, they have been using Thingyan as a psychological warfare every year since they want to show that the country was back to normal. However, most of the people did not participate in this revolutionary Thingyan festival organized by the military council. Urban guerrilla groups and revolutionary forces warned not to participate in the festival organized by the military council.
