In Yangon’s city of Yuzana Garden Housing, two governors were killed when urban guerilla groups attacked while the governors of the Military Council were discussing the acquisition of weapons. In Than Lyin, an armed and insurgent governor under the military council was even shot. The effects of the Right to Bear Arms Act are beginning to be seen. The military council has started issuing weapons to the governors without a license. The administrators they appointed are uneducated thugs. If the weapons come into their hands, the public will see more violent news later. Right now, they have lost their lives before they got the weapon. If it can be cleared like this in a place like Yangon, it is not likely to be said in the districts.
