Christians from Chin State are asking the military council for permission to go to church. Chin State is a state where most Christians live. It is believed that this restriction was imposed because people could gather in churches and discuss revolutionary issues. Due to this restriction, the people of Chin State are no longer able to go to church regularly. Pastors are still forced by the military council to organize PDFs. Then, if they doubt something, arrest and kill arbitrarily. In fact, in Chin State as a whole, the power of the Military Council is limited to the towns. PDFs have surrounded the cities. To counter this, the military council is trying to mix religion and politics.
