The military council will not extend the state of emergency, but it will declare a state of emergency in 63 cities across the country. Most of them are controlled by the revolutionary forces. Interestingly, these cities include some controlled by the military council and peacekeeping groups. According to the declaration of a state of emergency, the military council has officially declared that these cities are free. What is certain is that elections will not be held in these cities. The revolutionary forces have warned that there will be more violence from the air.
