Military troops have entered the northern Shan State town of Naung Cho. The TNLA has regained control of Naung Cho. The TNLA says it is still defending the town. However, its forces are no longer in the town. As mentioned earlier this month, the TNLA has failed to effectively resist the offensive, and Naung Cho will be back in the hands of the Military Council before the end of the month.
