The military has launched another major offensive against Moebi in Karenni State. The military has repeatedly attacked Moebi but has not yet captured it. Meanwhile, the Karenni rebels have begun attacking the two remaining battalions in Phasaung. The fighting has reportedly caused fuel prices to rise in Karenni State.
