The sounds of fighting have intensified again in recent days near Pale town, where the revolutionary forces had unsuccessfully retreated after four days of offensives. This is the first such offensive in Pale town since the capture of Pale town. The military junta has been bombing the Kant Dawt police station since June 3. During the battle to capture Kant Dawt, the military junta bombed the entire Pale town, killing seven civilians and injuring dozens. During the Battle of Kant Daung, the military regime dropped hundreds of bombs. Not only Kant Daung village, where the battle took place, but also the entire Pale area was bombed day and night, and reinforcements were being provided by air to the Pyu camps of Imathie and Zee Phyu Kone near Kant Daung village. The revolutionary forces also began attacking the Pyu Saw Htei camp in Zee Phyu Kone village on June 10, and the village of Imathie was under attack.
The rebels in Pale town were unable to patrol the city’s neighborhoods, and even the police at the police station were afraid to go out. There were only a few people living in the city.
