The offensive by the AA and allied forces continues in the areas bordering Rakhine State and Magway Division, Bago Division, and Ayeyarwady Division. Although the offensive has been launched in those areas since April, the situation has not improved significantly. The main reason is that the military council has been able to continuously replenish its manpower. The military council has been able to withstand the recent battles for city capture because it has received not only military resources but also technical and military experts from China and Russia. In addition, the tens of thousands of new soldiers who were recruited through forced conscription and porterage have not deserted or surrendered as expected. What I want to say is that we must not underestimate the enemy and the revolution needs to work much harder than before.
