The ICC will issue an arrest warrant for Min Aung Hlaing, but he cannot be arrested in Burma. He will have to be arrested by the country he visits when he travels abroad. Currently, no country except Russia and China will accept Min Aung Hlaing. The arrest warrant will only weaken Min Aung Hlaing’s political reputation. I don’t think it will have any effect on the revolution. We have to continue our work.
