The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for terrorist leader Min Aung Hlaing. The ICC chief judge himself is issuing the warrant regarding the Rohingya issue. It is understood that it will take about three months to issue the warrant according to the procedures.
The ICC has issued arrest warrants for two world leaders this year, Russian President Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. If Min Aung Hlaing is issued a warrant, he will become the first military leader in Southeast Asia and Asia to be issued a warrant by the ICC. For Min Aung Hlaing, who wants to be a leader of a country, the role of a rogue leader will become official.
