Today marks the one-year anniversary of the start of Operation 1027. Today, although there was no significant change in the revolutionary forces, the military council is bombing major cities in northern Shan State, including Lashio.
In fact, today will be a historic day in the history of Myanmar. Last year, before today, the Spring Revolution was in full swing. Although there were local attacks on the military council, there was no major strategic offensive, so the situation of the revolution was unknown for about 3 years. After Operation 1027, the situation of the army was well known both at home and abroad. Foreign countries have commented that the army will ultimately win this battle, and they have started to wonder what will happen if the army collapses. Hopes for the success of the people’s revolution are bright. The revolution is still going on at a high pace. Everyone is working together to eradicate the fascist army.
