Karenni State Revolutionary Forces followed the first wave of the 1027 operation and captured many parts of the capital city of Loikow. Now the military council has gained complete control over the city.
In addition, during this period, the military council in South Shan seized a large number of weapons and ammunition that were to be sent from North Shan to the Karenni revolutionary groups. Therefore, it became more difficult for the revolutionary groups. Until now, the military council has blocked the routes to carry weapons and ammunition. The Karenni Revolutionary Forces have full combat capability and are currently in need of ammunition, so they are struggling not to give back the territories they have taken during the offensive.
