The Military Council made extensive use of recruits who had been conscripted by conscription laws on the frontline battlefields. When the conscription law was enacted, the military council ensured that recruits would not be sent to the front. But the military council, in need of manpower, sent many new recruits to the front line, and some of them even died in battle.
Many recruits are seen in Rakhine and North Shan, where the fighting is fierce. Among the prisoners of war captured by the AA during the fighting in Thandwe Township, Rakhine State, many recruits were found. In northern Shan, some of the new soldiers joined the convoys sending reinforcements to Lashio and Kyaukme and were chased by the revolutionary forces, some of them died and some ran away.
Due to the conscription law, which was passed in February this year and went into effect in March, the number of people entering the army has now reached at least ten thousand. If you are recruited as a new member of the military council, it is like going to the road of death. Therefore, young people should avoid being recruited as new soldiers of the military council in various ways.
