Central Myanmar, In the Midlands, the military council continues to commit mass killings against civilians. Now, on the morning of May 11th, when military council columns entered Letututto Village, Mandalay Division, they took out 31 civilians who were hiding in a monastery and killed them. The column entered the column without a fight, and from the moment it entered the village, both large and small weapons were constantly fired. Because of that shooting, the people tried to avoid it, while some of them ran to the monasteries. According to the survivors, the military council soldiers shot the civilians to death. When they asked them where the PDFs were, they said they did not know where they were, and they shot them all. In addition, around 20 local people were taken as human shields. The Midland region is not as powerful as the other regions and is still subject to everything the military does.
