It is known that the second military leader Soe Win himself was in command of the column that sent reinforcements to Mayawati. Unfortunately, on April 9, revolutionary groups attacked the Southeast Regional Headquarters in Mawlam Mying, Mon State, where Soe Win was present, with kamikaze drones and more than 30 military council members were injured and killed. It is known that the second military leader, Soe Win, was also injured when it hit where Soe Win and his team were having a meeting. Also, the helipad hit the helicopters. Soe Win’s news is that since that day, he has been under witchcraft until now. Military Council Information Zaw Min Tun denies that anything happened, but every word he says is lie. If nothing happens, everyone should show up at this point. Therefore, even if the second military leader, Soe Win, is not dead, it is certain that he was seriously injured.

On the Myawati side, about 200 rebels who are trying to flee to Thailand are stranded under the bridge next to the border river because the Thai government does not accept them. In addition to not being accepted by the Thai side, the Thai army is guarding the border with full security. Thailand used to accept deserters from the military council discreetly in the past. Still, this time it became public even in the Thai media, so it is no longer comfortable to accept those deserters. More than 200 rebels are like dogs on the beach.
