On November 19th, members of the nationalist extremist Mabha group, who are supporters of the military council, staged protests in front of the Chinese embassy. Mainly at a time when the war was heavily defeated in the north and revolutions were taking place all over the country, they projected their plight on others without self-critical analysis. They conclude that this is because China is supplying them with weapons. Members of the ultra-nationalist Mabhata group, who have called on the Chinese government to stop aid, have been given security by the military council to allow them to protest. Similarly, in Nay Pyi Taw, on the same day, the Military Council gave permission to hold an anti-China demonstration.
The military council is trying to spread anti-Chinese propaganda among the Burmese people in order to revive the losing war. I imagine that if their plan is passed, the Burmese people will oppose the armed groups in North Shan. In reality, the Burmese people hate China. Everyone knows that the military’s coup d’état had to be followed by China’s support. But what the Military Council does not know is that the Burmese people’s hatred of China is many times greater than their hatred of the Military Council. On the other hand, the plan of the military council, which is looking for a way out by spreading anti-China propaganda among the public, will not succeed. In addition, the military council may have to face the consequences of China being designated as an enemy. A military council that shows anti-China sentiment will end up being a kind of political suicide. The bloodthirsty military council will soon fail.
