Sagaing Region, Since the morning of October 4th, military council troops have entered the villages of Mongkhed-Khangmong in Mongywa Township, burning down local homes and arresting residents. They are targeting the people and persecuting them. Villages were burned; they abuse women, baby and the elderly are brutally killed. This is more than the level of a killer. The people are suffering from inhuman working days.
