The Sagaing Forum, attended by more than 200 revolutionary forces based in Sagaing, is being held these days. They are discussing administrative and general issues. This is the first time such a forum has been held in Sagaing in more than two years of revolution. All organizations have worked hard to hold this event. In an area like Sagaing, where revolutionary groups are scattered, there is a need for collective consultation. But this time, not everything will go well.
