After being attacked by the military group from the police station in Padu district of Sagaing Township, after the military group set fire to Padu village, more than 500 houses were destroyed.
Since May (19), the military group has been raiding and looting villages in Padu District, north of Sagaing City. Yesterday, on May (22), regional defense units raided and attacked the military group.
Padu village has more than 1500 houses. It is a large village with a population of more than 6,000 people, economic development, buildings and rich people. Military groups and the women of Pyu entered the village of Padu, breaking into houses that were not on fire and stealing fuel from the gas station at the top of the village.
Currently, the military group stationed in the village of Padu is firing heavy weapons at the surrounding area. Tens of thousands of people from other villages, including Padu village, are fleeing the war because of the rampant warring factions.
