The army bombed a school in Falang township, Chin State, killing 9 local people, including the headmaster. In this area, without any fight, it was bombed for no reason. However, CAN revolutionary groups attacked and seized a military council camp in Falang yesterday. Even so, when the school was closed during the bombardment, only the people, who guarded the school, were killed. If the school was open, there was unthinkable. The insurgents continue to behave in a cowardly manner, often attacking civilians once they have been wounded.
