The World Anti-Money Laundering Organization has put Myanmar on the list. Countries like Iran and North Korea were on that list. Now Myanmar is listed as the third country. Since the coup, Myanmar has been warned by international financial institutions, and the military council did not comply, so it entered the list.
The effect is huge. Before the international sanctions came, domestic dollar prices went up overnight. Shopping malls are rushing to buy. Cars are lined up again at gas stations. I don’t know what it is, but the people have spread it.
