The military council is trying to create a social media alternative to Facebook in the country. An application called OK PAR is available on the Google Play Store, and the application is believed to have been created by the Military Council. The military council is a total failure in the news media. Facebook is a huge support for the revolution. The War Council has been trying to block Facebook from being used domestically, but so far it has been unsuccessful. Therefore, a Chinese-style social media is being created by Chinese experts. If that is really implemented, it will not be easy for the revolution. People are talking a lot about this these days.

If you think about it, I don’t think it’s possible. Creating a social media platform with millions of users right away is not an easy task. It takes a lot of experts. Even Facebook took years to build to reach this level. Even if the military council was able to get it, the Google Play Store would not accept it. The previous MRTV application was taken down after a day. Any application related to the military council may not be uploaded to the Google Play Store. That’s where the story ends.

One thing that the Military Council can do is to arrest people if they use Facebook. It hasn’t been done yet, but it might be done when the revolutionary water level is higher. At that time, the country-wide internet shutdown like the one that started the coup could be repeated.
