The other remaining domestic telecommunications operator, Ooredoo, is about to leave. Ooredoo is based in Qatar and has about 15 million users. It became the second telecommunications operator to leave after Telenor. I don’t think it can continue working under the military council. If it leaves, only the companies under the Military Council will remain in domestic communications, so the Military Council will be able to completely control the communications world.
