There are now ten groups to attend the peace talks invited by the military council. All of these groups are small groups and only a few groups that have never fought with the military are allowed to attend the talks. In fact, all the ethnic armed groups fighting on the ground on the ground strongly condemned the talks and strongly criticized the council.
