The General Coordinating Force (GSCB) has announced that the people will not participate in the fake Thingyan festival to be held by the military council. I have no plans to participate at all. I think a lot of people like me will not involve in this case. But I cannot say because some people are hungry on festival. The coalition also announced that the ring road around Mandalay will not be used on the morning of April 4 and 5. We have to show them that it is not a peaceful country.
