This afternoon, about 200 military council troops, A joint team consisting of Pyu Saw Htee and the People’s Defense Forces arrived at Kan Gyi Kone, about four miles from Khin Oo in Sagaing Division. Fighting broke out near villages such as Tapin Kaung.

A total of 20 people, including a civil defense trainer, were killed in the three-hour battle in Khin Oo. Among the dead were an eighth-grader under the age of 18 and a 50-year-old village leader.
