In Kayah State, three refugees, including two children, aged 12 and 15, were killed when a military plane bombed a refugee camp in Phruso. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a refugee camp. Now, the Kayah, Kayin and Chin states’ advisory councils have issued joint warnings and announced the digging of bomb shelters. On the other hand, there is a demand for a no-fly zone. No Fly Zone is far away. Internationally, at least IDP camps should be set up. No country or organization has acted in spite of these open war crimes against the people. I just heard that they donated dollars and I don’t know where the money is or where it is being used. Innocent people on the ground are paying. Not all of them have reached the air level yet.
