In Kayah State, more than 80 bags of rice and food and medicine to support refugees that were by insurgents. Currently, there are many refugees in Chin and Kayah states. Insurgents (Military dogs) have blocked access to transport routes, depriving them of food, and have repeatedly relocated camps due to heavy artillery shelling.
As it rained, housing became a problem. As usual, the UN is just writing letters to the refugees (their usual behavior). They can not help this issue actually. Now people are blaming NUG too. NUG has not been able to do anything yet. The ethnic people are in a lot of trouble.
