In a small village in Kyonpyaw, Irrawaddy Division, about 20 innocent people were killed in a single day when military insurgents stormed a village. We heard Dalan (informer) reportedly informed to military dogs that there were weapons in the village.
In fact, Irrawaddy Division is one of the least revolutionary areas, and there are not even local PDF groups willing to take up arms, but insurgents get ready to kill all civilians.
Even in the presence of the Asean delegation, that killings show that the military council will do what it wants to do without caring for anyone.
